Return & Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to our distribution center within 15 days of the delivery date. Please make sure to specify order number(s) so we can ensure your credit is accurate. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still, have the original tags attached.  

We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a Tenets Apparel Clothing E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase on E-Gift Cards expire 1 year from issue date!

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Tenets Apparel and product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Merchandise purchased online or at an Tenets Co Pop-up shop can be returned via mail to our distribution center as noted in the instructions below. No in-person drop-offs will be accepted at our distribution center or corporate office.  We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, will not issue return credit.    

Helpful Hint: if returning by mail, we suggest using USPS flat rate shipping for convenience (you can find information on flat rate shipping HERE). You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.

Return/ Exchange Your Order: If you would like to return or exchange your order please email us at and include the order number, the reason for your email and the size you would like to exchange to. 

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Tenets Apparel does not provide return shipping labels. 

All items purchased during a sale, promotional occasion, or liquidation are final.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Tenets Apparel reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.


Because we can't ensure you will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to the distribution center, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. We will issue you a store credit via an E-Gift Card once we've received your return. That way, you may use the E-Gift Card towards the correct item/size or for another item. 

We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for packages that get lost in transit. 

Return by Mail

Please include your original packing slip with the item(s) being returned. Kindly note that without including your order number on the returns slip or with your returned item(s) there may be a delay in processing your return.

Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. 

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected. We recommend sending your return via USPS Flat Rate with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Tenets Apparel is not liable for returns that are lost in transit. Customers should keep record of tracking information to minimize confusion.



Tenets Apparel does not provide refunds. However, a store credit via E-Gift Card for your returned item(s) will be processed once they are received at our distribution center. Please allow 7-10 days to process your return once it is received into our distribution center. Your E-gift card covers the original purchase price and tax if applicable. Tenets Apparel does not credit original shipping charges. 

Stale Returns

Tenets Apparel requires items to be returned within 15 days of original receipt. Returns received in our distribution center after 30 days are considered stale returns. Stale returns by mail are subject to being rejected and returned the sender.

Our return policy is not a warranty. Jackets or products with extensive wear may not be accepted as returns.

Customers deemed to be abusing our return policy may be restricted from making additional purchases. Tenets reserves the right to refuse to do business with any customer for any reason.



Custom clothing can be tricky, and getting everything perfect on your first try doesn’t always happen. Don’t worry though, we’re committed to doing what we can to help you get the perfect fit. Unfortunately, we do not give refunds for jackets that do not fit. They are custom made and crafted the size you selected. However, we are more than happy to help facilitate trades or resells of products through our various platforms. Please contact us for more information.



The following terms specifically apply to customers in the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, China, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Singapore, Switzerland, and Taiwan.

  • Customers are responsible for any incurred customs duties, fees or taxes. These fees are non-refundable.
